Any hidden talents?
| | Hitchhikers thumb - can flex my thumb back in a 45 degree angle. |
Favorite superhero:
| | Superman: Been a fan since my great uncle in New York bought me a Superman t-shirt when I was 3. |
Dream job:
| | A tech job that would relocate me to Manhattan and pay for my apt there. Work for a company that deals with television or media so that you see stars behind the scenes as they really are off camera. After that I think I'd like to have job that takes you to all the great cities of the world for a few weeks at a time. But eventually my dream job will be somewhere in the West or in Texas. |
Hometown:
| | Houston (St. Joseph's Hospital!) |
Interesting fact about you:
| | I got to talk to a few celebs and their staff in my previous position where I would fix their
Blackberry or PDA phones. I actually had Paula Abdul's cell number on my screen because I was talking to her publicist. If I had that number now I would have a discussion with her about this whole Sanjaya mess on American Idol! |
Favorite recording artists?
| | Thats always a hard question because I can't ever decide with music. |
Where's a good place for dinner up north?
| | NYC has a LOT of decent restaurants so I am not sure of the best ones yet. NYC is known for good Asian places, pizza, and of course carribean stuff like chicken and rice and beef patties so you have to have try those. If one type of restaurant is packed you can go next door and another one like it will be almost as good. Where I live in Jersey there is a row of great places to eat out my front door - Two Thai places, many Italian resturants that are great, a Cuban place, seafood, and of course Chinese. |
What do you miss about Houston?
| | The lifetime of friends and family. The Galleria area and inner loop. The raceways that are our freeways in Houston. |
Anything else you want to add?
| | Keep up the good work, HYPF. I am amazed at what the leadership has accomplished over the last five years with this organization. We are blessed to have so many capable people bring new ideas and approaches to HYPF, and everyone age group will benefit from the hard work that is put into your activities. |
