2011 Flag Football Tournament Registration

2011 Flag Football Tournament Team Registration Form

The cost per team will be $80. There will be a max of 8 players and a minimum of 5. The tournament will be held at Tom Bass Park. All players must be from an HYPF member church.  Registration deadline is November 17th.
